After completing your purchase you will receive a paypal invoice, the latter serving with your photo ID as the only valid proofs to collect your 4 day pass at the festival box offices (from the 8th of July 2010).

WF SETE 2010 - GOLD PASS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Article 1 - « Gold Pass » price and regulation

1.1 The total price for the "Gold" is listed at 119 euros exclusive of sales & VAT taxes.

1.2 Unless otherwise indicated, the total number of "Gold"passes that can be booked in aggregate per person can be no more than 15 passes per order.

Article 2 - Collecting your "Gold" Passes

2.1 he "Gold" passes have to be collected at the entrance (box office) of the evening venues (St. Christ and Theatre De La Mer) from July 8, 2010 at the opening of the gates. For practical reasons, collecting the Gold passes at the beach venue won't be possible.
When collecting your "Gold"passes, a sign of identification will be delivered (wristband or else) and there will be no automatic right of re-admission during the Festival should the wristband become lost or damaged.
The buyer of one or several "Gold"passes will be required to present a photo ID and a print of the paypal invoice. Collecting the Gold passes won't be possible without presenting those 2 documents. The buyer of several Gold passes will be required to present himself on its own at our box office and will have to hand out the passes purchased for third parties.If for any reasons the multiple buyer can no longer attend the festival, contact goldpass@worldwidefestival.com to transfer your purchases to a new person.
NB: "Gold"passes that won't be collected won't be refunded.

Article 3 - Cancellation and refund

3.1 Passes are non-returnable. Refunds will only be available if the Festival is cancelled entirely.
No fees of any kind will be refunded or compensated outside the "Gold" pass.
In case of multiple purchases, only the person who originally paid for the full order via paypal will be refunded.
