Sixteen years after his very first appearance at Worldwide Festival in 2010, Sam Shepherd aka Floating Points returns to Le Théâtre de la Mer for an exclusive DJ set. Composer, producer, DJ, and co-founder of Eglo Records, this neuroscience PhD has become one of the most respected and sought-after musicians on the current electronic scene. His liberated approach to mixing once allowed him to drop a 20-minute instrumental by spiritual saxophonist Pharoah Sanders in the middle of a set at Berghain!

Famous for crossing stylistic boundaries, blending 80s boogie, vintage house, and soaring electronica, this explorer of uncharted treasures promises a dizzying sonic journey. Expect a strictly vinyl selection spanning house, techno, soul, and jazz, driven by his fearlessness and total lack of fear behind the decks!
